This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for handling returns, refunds, and related matters between Infanzo (hereinafter referred to as the “Retailer”) and its customers or logistics partners, including suppliers operating under a dropshipping model (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”).
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns initiated outside this period may be denied unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
